This is my title

Perfect Chemistry
by Simone Elkeles

So, I've wanted to read this one for a while but I admit...I was embarrassed to be seen walking around with that cover.  Especially since I try to portray bad-ass-ness in all that I do  ( HA jk)  This was my first time reading Elkeles and I really liked it.  I think I'm going soft  :-/  I liked the changing POV so we got to see both Brit and Alex move from hatred to like to lust and yadda yadda.  Yeah, it was definitely a good book.

Black Wings
by Christina Henry

This book....ummm, not my favorite.  MC suddenly attains kick ass power she didn't know she had?  Boring!  Love interest talks like a robot?  Lame.  Nope, won't be reading the second one.

Jellicoe Road
by Melina Marchetta

So, I heard lots of rave reviews about this book.  How beautiful and emotional it was.  How some cried at the end.  Me?  Not so much.  I mean, yes it was good, but it took about a hundred pages for me to get into and understand what was going on.  I kinda figured out everything halfway through after that.  It was just an ok read for me.  I might try reading Saving Francesca.

Slow Hands
by Leslie Kelly

Got this free for kindle.  It was alright at first.  Then I got bored.  I think I liked the ending?  I don't remember.

Bond With Me
by Anne Marsh

Another freebie from kindle.  It had goblins.  But hot sexy goblins.  I didn't really see the hot sexy thing, but maybe that was just me.
The whole point of the story continuing was so stupid for me. And inner dialogue of male protag consisted of a lot of "hell yeah"s.  Stupid.

Branded: Fall of Angels
by Keary Taylor

I love this cover!  It's creepy and awesome.  The villian...he wasn't much of a villain, he really didn't show up much, and I wanted to know more about him.  His motives and all that.  I liked the relationship development between Alex and Jessica.  Alex is so sweet...awwww.

Loved Perfect Chemistry! Haven't heard of the other books. I get a lot of the Kindle free reads too - they are often hit or miss.

I loved Perfect Chemistry and Jellicoe Road. The latter might very well be my fav YA of all times.

Wonderful short reviews :)

Oh, I've got Perfect Chemistry sitting on my shelf waiting to be read too. Heard loads of good things about it, so the fact that you're giving it a thumbs up too is definitely a good sign. Can't say I've heard of any of the other reads, but ha, some I'll steer away from for sure :)
